Greek Mythology Jewellery — Medusa, the Serpent and the Oracle

SOL KANTARÉ gathers its symbolism from ancient cultures and mythology, then reworks it into pieces that feel discovered rather than newly made — satin gold, sculptural relief, weighted to be worn.

Our symbol

A serpent can mean shedding an old self.

Greek myth gives us Medusa, cast as something to fear and reclaimed as sovereignty and protection; the serpent, honoured for its ability to shed its skin; the eye, carried as a protective talisman; and names like Asteria and Aletheia, drawn from the language of the myths themselves.

Each design is hand-finished in small batches, so the relief work and the satin surface carry the small irregularities of a made object rather than the perfection of a mould.

Styling

Wearing myth

Keep the story in one place

A single mythological pendant on a long chain reads as intentional. Two reads as a collection — both work, choose by temperament.

Mix gold with stone

Vesuvianite, citrine and light green zircon all sit naturally against satin gold — the green and olive tones were chosen for it.

For the wrist instead

The Asteria Cuff carries the same ancient references as the pendants — celestial, organic and hand-formed — for days you want mythology without a necklace.

  • Natural vesuvianite varies in colour and pattern, so no two are identical.
